Delaware North Listens
- Take a short survey in regards to a Delaware North visit

In order to start the survey the customer will need the date of visit, time of visit (morning, lunch, dinner), and location (i.e. Los Angeles Airport). Once the customer has provided this previous information they will encounter the bothersome survey questions. A few questions the customer will be asked via DelawareNorthListens.com include “did any staff member go above and beyond expectations?” and “did you experience a problem during the visit?”. The customer will also be given a chance to describe how the visit went in their own words.
